牙医杨进简介
杨进1978年进入华⻄医科大学口腔医学院就读,5年后于1983年获得口腔医学学士学位。因为学业优秀杨进考入本校的临床博士研究生,主攻早期牙列畸形的临床矫治。6年后于1989年获得口腔临床博士。杨进医生是中国改革开放后最早获得博士学位的人之一。作为当时卫生部少有的博士,杨进被分配到广州中山山医科大学口腔医学院任教,1991年被评为全国少有的年轻付教授。三年后中山医科大学公派杨进到美国南加州大学口腔医学院继续造,2000年杨进通过了美国国家牙医执照考试,成为一名有美国行医资格的牙科医生。

ABOUT DR. JIN YANG
Dr. Jin Yang entered the School of Stomatology, West China Medical University in 1978, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in stomatology five years later in 1983. Because of his academic excellence, Dr. Jin Yang was admitted to the doctor clinical part of the school, focusing on the clinical correction of early dentition malformation. After 6 years, he obtained a doctor degree in oral medicine in 1989. Dr. Jin Yang is one of the first people to receive a doctoral degree after China’s reform and opening up. As a rare doctor at the time of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Jin Yang was assigned to teach at the School of Stomatology, Sun Yat-se Medical University, Guangzhou, China. In 1991, he was named associate professor at age of 32. Three years later, Dr. Yang went to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry to continue his studies. In 2000, Jin Yang passed the National Dental License Examination and became a dentist with US medical qualifications.
Since graduating from West China Medical University in 1983, Dr. Jin Yang has been working in dental clinics for 35 years and clinics in San Diego for 17 years. Dr. Jin Yang has extensive clinical experience for many years of clinical practice. Dr. Jin Yang’s main dental services include the following: dentition correction with braces, Early orthodontic correction of the reverse bite (Class 3 correction), the sooner the correction is started for reverse bite, the better, usually It can be started at 4-5 years old, and for most orthodontic correction usually starts at the age of 12.
